Now toddlers master apps
ONE in five toddlers can unlock a smart phone or tablet on their own, according to new research.
The study of 2,500 parents found 64% of children under the age of two are allowed to use smart devices.
Not only can a third turn the devices on themselves and open apps unaided, but 21% can even bypass the lock.
When children are allowed access to a tablet or smartphone, the main activities they choose to engage in are games (24%) and YouTube (18%).
