Blind is going home

DALEY BLIND is returning to Ajax after they agreed a £14million fee with Manchester United on Friday, writes Simon Jones. Talks had been ongoing between Ajax director Edwin van der Sar and his old club to finalise a four-year deal that could rise to £18.5m.

The Dutchman was due to travel with United for their tour of the USA but Ajax were keen to seal the deal. Blind left Ajax for United in 2014 for £13.8m.
