ALEX NOREN conjured up a miracle five on the 18th. After a penalty drop and then shovelled his approach into the grandstands, Noren (let) availed of a free drop. Somehow, he managed to pitch close enough to salvage a five. On five under, he could yet follow Henrik Stenson as a second Open champion from Sweden.
