It was also discovered there was quite a large horse being transported in the back! THE Taoiseach took to Twitter yesterday to share a photo of him with President Michael D Higgins in the Áras. He captioned the shot with: ‘Met the President again this morning for our regular Article 28 meeting. I always get good advice.’ But some were distracted by the framed picture of one of the President’s beloved Bernese mountain dogs on the bookshelf between the two politicians.
