Money talks as Heaslip finds his voice at last
THE notoriously media-shy Jamie Heaslip would appear to have found his voice at last. The former Leinster and Ireland star has joined with retired Springbok Brian Habana to front up Channel 4’s new Champions Cup coverage. The British broadcaster has agreed a four-year deal to screen nine live matches per season as European rugby makes a welcome return to free-to-air television after 15 years. The channel will also show Ireland’s autumn internationals. Who said that money doesn’t talk, eh?
