The London socialite wished a happy birthday to her fiancé on Instagram a number of weeks ago – while subtly announcing the good news – and apparently showing off her diamond. This week, friends of the couple revealed how happy they are happy at the news.

As previously revealed by the Irish Mail on Sunday, the couple love spending time in Co. Wicklow where Count Balinski, whose business interests include oil and gas, owns Glendalough House.
