CONGRATULATIONS to Paul and Gary O’Donovan, who lifted the nation’s spirits by winning gold in the double sculls at the World Rowing Championships.

The Skibbereen brothers are wonderful ambassadors for their country, both in their determination to win and, just as importantly, in their evident relish for switching off and having fun too.
