All eyes on free-spirit Manu
CONTROVERSIAL centre Manu Tuilagi’s form has propelled him into England training squad for the November internationals. Cursed by injury, he has played one Test in the last four years with his reputation as a ‘bad boy’ forged by several high-profile incidents of off-pitch wildness.
However the Samoan (right), revealed how a trip to see a witchdoctor back home has freed him from his demons. According to the witchdoctor, he was being stalked be three evil female spirits. Whether it was those spirits which pushed him into Auckland Bay at the 2011 World Cup or took him on the lash to get him kicked off an England camp last year was not clear.
