head is getting no peace this week after Darragh, like myself a follower of Manchester United, attended the Liam Miller tribute match and post-match function.

It was a day which showed off the very best of us as an association in ensuring that the gates were opened on a day that was tinged with joy and a little sadness too.

The down side is that Darragh managed to get a picture of himself with Bryan Robson (left) – who he worshipped as a kid – and Roy Keane.

‘That’s some midfield line-up,’ he bragged this week, ‘but there is only one man there with four All-Stars.’
