The 1967 album, featuring classics A Day In The Life and Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds, topped a chart of bestselling LPs with sales of 5.34 million copies
Adele’s 21 was second with 5.11 million sales, Oasis’s (What’s The Story) Morning Glory third (4.94 million) and Pink Floyd’s Dark Side Of The Moon fourth (4.47 million).
