Ronnie O’Sullivan eased into his first Northern Ireland Open final by pipping Mark Selby 6-5 on the final black yesterday. The five-time world champion had led 53 but Selby reeled off two frames and then surged clear in the decider. But O’Sullivan potted the colours to win the frame 70-68. O’Sullivan meets Judd Trump or Eden Sharav in today’s final.
