Bad, sad and mad

WE DON’T talk about them enough. The bad bits, sad bits, even the mad bits. We all have them. No one smiles all the time, I certainly don’t. Do you know what? That’s okay. All those bits are part of who we are. The main thing is not to be afraid of any of them and don’t ignore them either. Accept them all and allow them to be as they are. Go with the flow.

The good bits are great and the bad bits… well, they make the good bits all the sweeter.
