Doireann eyes up her next TV project at RTÉ

BIG things are happening for RTÉ’S latest golden girl, Doireann Garrihy. As the host of The Podge And Rodge Show, she settled into life at Ballydung Manor quite quickly. Perhaps Doireann, left, got tips from her godfather Ian Dempsey, who made his mark in TV by also working with two puppets, Zig and Zag. Now her online series, The Doireann Project, is being optioned for telly and will be shown on RTÉ2 over Christmas as she hopes to further her big TV break.
