A TURKISH DETOX

The detox programme entails eliminating alcohol, caffeine, sugar, meat and dairy from one’s diet, while participating in daily meditation and yoga.

Old Kate would enjoy a week of partying with pals, and then roll up for detox, with more partying afterwards.

On returning from one trip she was thrown off an easyJet flight for swigging vodka from her cabin luggage after being refused alcohol, prompting her to call the pilot a ‘basic b **** ’.
