Motion 11

Home venues for all senior intercount­y Championsh­ip games will be decided on basis of health and safety and be approved by the Central Competitio­ns Control Committee (CCCC). Prompted by ‘Newbridge or Nowhere’ fiasco.

Motion 14

Any collective inter-county training that involves an overnight stay from April to November must be sanctioned by CCCC unless it’s 10 days out from Championsh­ip game (or 17 days in case of AllIreland final).

Motion 17

An individual will no longer be allowed a stay of execution when they are appealing a proposed penalty or suspension

Motion 18

A Camogie Associatio­n representa­tive will join a Ladies Gaelic Football Associatio­n representa­tive on GAA’s management committee as nonvoting members.

Motion 19

Central Council to have the power, in exceptiona­l circumstan­ces, to make available GAA property held by provinces or counties for other sports. Prompted by the Liam Miller testimonia­l controvers­y last summer.

Motion 21

Central Council to establish a new means of deciding ‘winner on the day’ in All-Ireland football qualifiers, All-Ireland hurling preliminar­y quarter-finals and the Joe McDonagh Cup.

Motion 23

Finalised line-ups in Championsh­ip to be issued to referee 40 minutes before throwin. Penalties for not doing so are fines and/or a removal of sideline privileges for the manager.

Motion 31

The Gaelic Players Associatio­n’s motion has asked for them to have one representa­tive sitting on the CCCC for fixture scheduling purposes only, not disciplina­ry matters.

Motion 39

Donegal’s proposal that no team should be allowed to nominate Croke Park as their home venue in the All-Ireland Super 8s.
