STRAWBERRY AND VANILLA YOGHURT

A super-easy yoghurt for a great breakfast or dessert. Strawberri­es have a natural-sweetness but are low in sugar.

Serves 4 123cals per serving

250g (9oz) fresh strawberri­es, hulled and halved

300g (10½oz) full-fat live Greek yoghurt

½tsp vanilla extract

Place the fresh strawberri­es in a mixing bowl and mash them to crush the berries and release their juices.

Mix the Greek yoghurt and vanilla extract in a separate bowl, then gently fold the mashed strawberri­es and their juices into it.

Divide between 4 small dishes or glasses, and keep chilled until ready to serve.
