STRAWBERRY AND VANILLA YOGHURT
A super-easy yoghurt for a great breakfast or dessert. Strawberries have a natural-sweetness but are low in sugar.
Serves 4 123cals per serving
250g (9oz) fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
300g (10½oz) full-fat live Greek yoghurt
½tsp vanilla extract
Place the fresh strawberries in a mixing bowl and mash them to crush the berries and release their juices.
Mix the Greek yoghurt and vanilla extract in a separate bowl, then gently fold the mashed strawberries and their juices into it.
Divide between 4 small dishes or glasses, and keep chilled until ready to serve.
