DRAMA Project Blue Book (All 20 episodes) ★★★ Based on declassified files, this eerie drama is named after the secret US investigation into UFOs between 1952 and 1969. Aidan Gillen (above) plays the astrophysicist brought in to debunk the sightings, but finding they cannot be explained away by mere Earth science.

DOCUMENTARY Richard E. Grant On Ealing Comedies (All three parts) ★★★★ Richard E. Grant loves Ealing comedies, and that shines through in his superb, clip-packed history of the studio that gave us Passport To Pimlico.

MOVIE Labyrinth (1986) PG ● ★★★★ See Snowpiercer’s Jennifer Connelly at the start of her career in this magical puppet maze adventure with David Bowie.

COMEDY The Orville (Seasons 1-2) ★★★★ Seth MacFarlane’s show started out as a spoof of 1990s Star Trek, but became a fully fledged show in its own right. There are some great guest stars, too, including Rob Lowe and Ted Danson.

NEW! 13 Reasons Why (Season 4) ★★★ The moody students are about to graduate as Netflix’s controversial drama returns for one final season. From Friday.

NEW! Snowpiercer (Episode 3) ★★★★ The train is the passengers’ only protection against the frozen wastes outside in this dystopian thriller, and has become a kind of religion. It’s soon clear that there’s a murderer among the flock, though, and this week, Layton’s investigation shakes things up in first class. A new episode arrives every Monday.

DOCUMENTARY Jeffrey Epstein: Filthy Rich (All four parts) ★★★★ The focus of this startling documentary is the voices of Epstein’s accusers, who talk about their experience of sex trafficking.
