9PM, VIRGIN ONE ★★★ This new fly-on-the-wall documentar­y series follows children at Aston Village Educate Together in Drogheda (right) as they attend school during a year like no other. It promises to offer an ‘intimate window into the ups, downs, tears, tantrums and triumphs that unfold’ as a class of four and five-year-olds begin their first year in school. What we eventually come to realise is that kids can be remarkably resilient in and out of the classroom, and their spirit remains undimmed during long periods of not seeing their friends and homeschool­ing.
