It turns out there’s more to Easter cuisine than chocolate eggs. Catherine Fulvio (right) is here to dish up some great spring recipes and meet some of Ireland’s finest artisan producers. She will also be making shortbread biscuits in the shapes of Easter bunnies and Easter eggs.
