For instead of having a good old weep in private this week, Cara Delevingne, 28, decided to share this mid-sob picture with her 43.4 million Instagram followers. ‘If you need to cry… just cry and know you are not alone,’ the supermodel wrote in her caption to the bizarre photo. ‘Your tears will water your growing garden if you can fully understand why it’s raining.’

Cara certainly wasn’t alone in social media terms after racking up 1.2 million ‘likes’ for the snap and her words of woke wisdom.
