VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS

You’ll join a like-minded community of members, following our coaches for motivation and advice in reaching your goals.

■ You choose from our expert coaches, picking the right one for you. You can join workshops from early morning through to the evening seven days a week from the comfort of your own home, out walking, in the office, car or literally anywhere.

■ Phone-in workshops are a one-to-one private check-in and tracked weigh-in with a virtual workshop with the same coach in the same week.

AT HOME SERVICE

At Home service if going solo works best for you. Sign up for a 12-week course with the At Home team. Simply register over the phone, then check in weekly for support and accountabi­lity by phone or email.
