Taylor wants to move on from a bad relationship so takes a job as a nanny to a family and their eight-year-old daughter. However she soon realises dark secrets are lurking in this seemingly perfect set-up.

Hugh Grant slips into a sweet and cosy role in this romcom. He’s a washed-up screenwriter (instead of the washed-up pop star he played in Music And Lyrics) who’s forced to take a teaching job. Marisa Tomei is the student who helps to melt his cynicism and get his creative juices flowing again.
