PRESENTING, parenting and now banking a neat six-figure sum from a property deal – it certainly seems that Vogue Williams is on a winning streak.

Mum-of-two Vogue was back in Dublin this week where she is filming for her new talent show. While in town, the north Dublin native is staying in her new Howth home for the very first time since buying it last year for a reported €1m.

Vogue’s dream home was made a reality courtesy of her media work but was also helped by a pretty profit of €155,000 that she made from selling her apartment on Howth Harbour.

She had purchased the two-bedroom property in the Findlater complex in 2015 for €255,000.

However, with relocation to London following her marriage to Spencer Matthews, the apartment lay idle

Vogue always hoped for a home in Howth

before she put it back on the market in October 2019.

It took a while to shift but she eventually sold it for €410,000 late last year, netting a tidy profit of €155,000.

The newlyweds, now with tiny tots, then splashed out €950,000 for the house in Howth and spent a significant sum on renovating the pad, which boasts stunning sea views.

The couple already share a €2.5m house in London’s trendy Chelsea, where they are raising their children.

Vogue has previously said that she always wanted to own a house in the upmarket seaside town where she grew up and this surpasses all expectations. The bright and airy space she created will be envied by many.

The couple worked with Ventura Designs, who have also helped Glenda Gilson and other celebrities in the redecoration of their homes.

Because of travel restrictions, the work was supervised solely over video calls. A Ventura Designs spokesman described it as ‘a Zoom redo’.

In contrast to her funky art-deco styled apartment, the couple chose a child-friendly design for their family home with bunk beds, oversized teddy bears and giraffes making up a chunk of the decor.

Vogue was back in Dublin this week for the first time in over a year. Her homecoming comes as she has been lined up for a major new Irish TV gig

presenting a six-part talent contest/ game show. The series is being filmed in the 3 Arena in Dublin. She flew into the capital on Tuesday with husband Spencer and kids Theodore and Gigi as she gears up for what she has billed as her ‘biggest TV role’ to date.
