TOO Hot To Handle love hopeful Nicole O’Brien stole hearts on the hit Netflix dating show. And now the talented star is storming the charts as her summer anthem soars straight to No.5 on iTunes. Nicole’s dream of making sweet music finally came true with the release of her second single, Call It Love.

The Corkwoman proudly told the Irish Mail on Sunday that the track was a ‘banger’. ‘It’s a dance track – that’s the vibe I’m going for, not ballads.’

The singer said she’s been playing music since the age of five. She adds: ‘My dad plays every instrument going, so does my mam and sisters, so when I go home it’s a madhouse. I’m buzzing to be doing music now.’

Nicole sizzled on the first series of Netflix’s breakout dating show Too Hot To Handle. While she didn’t manage to find the man of her dreams, the show proved a launchpad for her career.

She has found a perfect record label match in Sengge Zangbo Records, who are hoping Nicole will reach superstar status.

After graduating from University College Cork, Nicole departed for London with stars in her eyes. She recalls: ‘I was here about six months before I got Too Hot To Handle. I was working as a sales executive until then.’ The Netflix show was an instant hit and was broadcast in over 120 countries.

Still looking for her ideal man, Nicole is off to a European hotspot for another reality dating show. She adds: ‘I can’t say what it is – but fingers crossed I find the love of my life.’
