Alice reveals her love – for married man
ALICE EVE has been having a lockdown romance with a married multi-millionaire aristocrat 16 years her senior.
The Star Trek actress, 39, has been hunkering down for months with Pete Czernin, 55, heir to the Howard de Walden barony, whose family owns 92 acres of Marylebone.
Since 2013 he’s lived in the sprawling Avington Manor, in the south of England, which he inherited from his grandfather Lord Howard de Walden. But there’s a snag: last time I checked he was still married to his wife of 26 years, Lucinda Czernin, with whom he has two grown-up children.
Alice, daughter of actor Trevor Eve, has been keeping the romance under wraps. But last week she posted a photo of herself with Pete, and friends said that the pair had at last gone ‘Instagram-official’.
However, Alice then quickly deleted the post.
On July 21, Lucinda resigned as a director of the family firm Avington Investments Ltd, suggesting divorce is imminent.
