Tom Hanks reprises his role as Robert Langdon, which he’d previously played in The Da Vinci Code and Angels And Demons, for Ron Howard’s big-screen adaptation of Dan Brown’s thriller. This time, the expert wakes up with amnesia in an Italian hospital, only to soon find himself racing to stop a lethal virus.
