Eyes To Mesmerise from Charlotte Tilbury is a great cream shadow collection that is easy and simple to use and each has 12-hour uninterrupted wear. The existing line has shimmer shades, and now Charlotte has added five neutral mattes that can be used as shadow or liner. The shades range from a nude cream to beige, smoky taupe, chocolate and black. The eye looks you can create range from a sheer wash of a single colour to a smoky eye and everything in between.
