Mary (right) begins by tackling the big subject of how thousands of years of stories and images featuring female stereotypes have affected the way we see women in positions of power. To help her get to the bottom of this tricky question, she talks to people who have seemingly smashed the glass ceiling, including the prime minister of Australia and the first black woman to serve as a minister in the British cabinet.
