The Killer Affair

Ever since her father’s death, Katie Foreman (Calli Taylor) has gone from a responsible high-school student to a reckless troublemaker –she vapes on school grounds, drinks vodka, that type of thing. Katie’s mother Lori (Meredith Thomas) is growing frustrated with her daughter and after an incident in which she injures a teacher, Katie is placed under house arrest. Initially, the teenager is fuming, until she encounters John Link (Travis Burns), a young man renovating the house across the street following the passing of its elderly owner. Katie begins a casual relationship with John, but as she soon learns, he has become far more invested in their casual flings than she has – and is harbouring a few secrets. Vivica A Fox plays the well-meaning detective dealing with the youngster.
