SEEMS former IT Girl Victoria Hervey has been keeping her controversial friends close. Victoria has been partying, above, with former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani – resplendent in a green tie for St Patrick’s Day – who is being investigated over unfounded claims that the last US election was rigged. The pair were at an event in aid of congressional candidate Vernon Jones at Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida. The former president gave a speech – and even DJ’d on the day! Victoria, 45, said, ‘I have huge respect for Donald and his accomplishments. We would never be in a war now if he was president’. Oh dear...
