Penneys PS... beauty offerings are always budgetfriendly but its newest launch into tools and devices is really stepping up a gear. Just arrived are a face steamer, vibrating face roller and a T-bar massage tool, a microdermabrasion device and another for blackheads, all between €8 and €16. This LED mask is most interesting, it has three light settings — red, blue, and yellow to work on ageing, acne and skin texture. Masks like this in other higher-end brands sell for five and six times the price.
