Act like Michelle Obama and just ‘go high’, Viola

-

Still smarting from the blunt criticism of her portrayal of Michelle Obama in the new tV series the First lady, Viola Davis says critics absolutely ‘serve no purpose’. ‘they always feel like they are telling you something that you don’t know… so that it gives them an opportunity to be cruel to you,’ Viola, pictured, says. it appears it’s not just the former first lady’s facial expressions that the Oscar-winner has got badly wrong. She also failed to take in Michelle’s enormous strength of character, her ability to rise above the low blows and stinging insults, so that, as she famously said, ‘when they go low, we go high’.
