If you missed the start of this new series last night on UTV, you can catch it tonight on Virgin. They may be better known for their acting, presenting, modelling or musical chops, but in this new series a group of celebritie­s are going to be showing off their sporting prowess in a series of games. Holly Willoughby and Freddie Flintoff (right) present as the celebrity women take on the hurdles, while their male counterpar­ts tackle the hammer and the 400m. There’s also mixed diving.

Life After Life 9PM, BBC2 ★★★★
