VAL Kilmer, 62, who was 26 in the first film (top left), had to ‘talk’ using a computer in some of the sequel’s scenes as he was fighting throat cancer. He has now recovered. Kelly McGillis was 27 (bottom left) but, at 64, was not invited to appear in the second movie.
