companies who are making record profits during the energy crisis sparked by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Perhaps a better idea might be for governments to come together to force energy companies to stop profiteering from hard-pressed households and drop their prices immediately. It would put more money in consumers’ pockets as they battle the cost of living crisis.
