Wolves offer £17m for 6ft 7in striker Kalajdzic
WOLVES are to step up negotiations over a £17million deal for 6ft 7in striker Sasa Kalajdzic.
The 25-year-old was left out of Stuttgart’s training session yesterday after he held talks with head coach Pellegrino Matarazzo. The Austrian will also be left out of their squad to face Cologne today. Wolves are pressing to reach an agreement with further talks expected today over the final fee. Brighton, Everton and Manchester United have all expressed interest in Kalajdzic, who has 15 caps, and has scored 24 goals in 60 appearances for Stuttgart.
Wolves, meanwhile, remain keen on the Galatasaray centre-back Victor Nelsson. The 23-year-old has seven Denmark caps.
