HEAD: Cathal Fay, founder & CEO. SALARY: He shares a package worth €1,046,046 with four other directors. PROFITS: €14.1m after-tax profit in 2020 on turnover of €200m. OWNER: Part of semi-state firm ESB.

IRISH EMPLOYEES: 7,870 (ESB). IRISH CUSTOMERS: 1.3 million homes and businesses.

HEAD: Paddy Hayes.

SALARY: In 2021 he shared pay and perks worth €4.3m with other managers and board members.

PROFITS: After-tax profit trebled in the first half of the year to €390m.
