ONE POT OVERNIGHT ALMOND OATS
SERVES 4 | 2 BITES PER SERVING
INGREDIENTS:
■ 200g oats
■ 500ml unsweetened almond milk
■ 2 tbsp dried cranberries
■ 30g chopped brazil nuts
■ 15g milled linseed
■ 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
■ Lemon juice
■ Fresh fruit
■ 0% Greek yoghurt
■ A drizzle of honey
METHOD:
Mix the oats, unsweetened almond milk, dried cranberries, chopped brazil nuts, milled linseed, desiccated coconut and a splash of lemon juice together in a large bowl. Cover with clingfilm and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, serve a portion in a bowl and top with fresh fruit, 0% Greek yoghurt and a drizzle of honey.
