BIRCHER MUESLI WITH APPLE AND YOGURT
SERVES 1 | FREE INGREDIENTS:
■ 60g no-added -sugar muesli
■ Skimmed milk
■ 1 apple
■ Handful berries
■ 2 tbsp 0% Greek yoghurt
METHOD:
Soak the no-added-sugar muesli in skimmed milk overnight.
The next morning stir in a grated apple and a few blueberries.
Top with 0% Greek yoghurt.
