SMOKED SALMON AND CRAB BRUSCHETTA

LIDL RECIPE

INGREDIENT­S:

■ 4 x 60g wholemeal bread rolls

■ Fresh garlic

■ 2 tbsp Lighter-than-Light mayo

■ 1 lemon

■ 2 tsp horseradis­h sauce

■ 1 sprig of parsley, chopped

■ 1 pkt crab mix

■ 1 pkt smoked salmon

■ Handful rocket or dill

METHOD:

Halve 4 wholemeal bread rolls and pop under a grill until golden brown. Rub the inside of the bread rolls with fresh garlic while the rolls are still warm. Mix 2 tbsp Lighter-than-Light mayo with the zest and juice of a lemon, horseradis­h sauce and sprig of chopped parsley. Spread the mayo mix on all 4 rolls and divide 1 packet of crab mix and 1 packet of smoked salmon between the rolls. Top with rocket or dill then drizzle with a little lemon juice and serve.
