SERVES 1 | FREE INGREDIENT­S:

■ 2 x bacon medallions

■ 1 x tomato

■ Low-cal oil

■ Mushrooms

■ 1 x egg

■ No added sugar beans

■ Optional – 60g wholegrain bread

METHOD:

Grill the bacon medallions and a sliced tomato. Spray a pan with low-cal oil and fry the sliced mushrooms. Dry fry or poach an egg and serve with no added sugar beans. Serve as a carb-free breakfast or add up to 60g wholegrain toast.
