Emmerdale made its debut on 16 October 1972, so this month we can expect some big events. Aaron’s return is one of the highlights. Visiting ostensibly for dying Faith but finding Liv in hospital, he’ll also have to contend with Chas having an affair with Al — if he finds out about it. Other characters making a return for the anniversary are Diane and Tracy. And there’s also a deadly storm.
