FRIENDS WITH SECRETS Netflix’s sharp, dark comedy is the story of two very different women brought together by grief. Judy (Linda Cardellini) is a goofy and friendly sort who works at a care home, while Jen (Christina Applegate) is a power-dressing estate agent who doesn’t give hugs easily. Judy and Jen move in together, and the story takes off from there in ways best left unspoiled — both women have secrets, some of them more significant than others. Dark and honest.
