Masterchef: The Professionals judge Anna Haugh has taken up residency in the Dublin Conrad for the next six months and has devised a menu that’s an ode to Irish cuisine with each of the 32 counties represented. Enjoy a night out ahead of the Christmas season or as a treat during the post-Christmas lull. The Anna Haugh Pop Up is open Tuesday-Saturday.
