Can brother and sister Alice and Paul bottle up their jealousy for long enough to not ruin their wealthy halfsister’s London nuptials? Luckily for us if not for them, the answer is a resounding ‘no’ in this acerbic, over-thetop wedding comedy. Even if the plot wasn’t crammed with slapstick set pieces and comic disasters waiting to happen, this would be well worth watching just for the cast. The Good Place’s Kristen Bell and Ben Platt of Dear Evan Hanson fame play the bitter and sarcastic siblings over from the US, with Allison Janney (second right with Bell, Cynthia Addai-Robinson and Platt) on board as their mum.
