Inglenook Wood is a small development of 28 units on Glenamuck Road built by Weston Homes, a firm that developed Old Town Walk in Naas and Hayfield in Maynooth, Co Kildare.
The 2-acre site, which had been home to two detached properties, Inglenook and Saxaroon (the former giving its name to the new estate), was bought to market seeking ¤4 million in February 2017 with planning permission for 16 houses and 12 apartments.
