Trending . . . Tribal gathering

The Irish Times - Thursday - Property - - Interiors -

Tribal masks have been a decorative trope favoured by collectors such as Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Berger and high end decorators. They bring in colour and texture and can be used to highlight an alcove or lined up on a wall to draw the eye in. The Old Mill Stores in west Cork has sourced this tribal range by Israel-based Umasqu. Prices range from ¤225 to ¤995 for pieces that range in size from about 40cm by 25cm to 95cm by 45cm.
