Date and venue for the Annual General Meeting of the Shannon Rangers Club will be confirmed by this weekend and full details will appear in this column in next weeks edition of the Kerryman. It is expected that this year there will be a number of changes in Officership for the year ahead. Nominations are open to all positions. ASDEE. The A G M of St. Marys, Asdee will take place at the Community Centre on Saturday January 21st commencing at 8pm sharp. Motions and nominations must be with Secretary Mark O Hanlon on or before Wednesday January 18th. Nothing accepted after that. BEALE. Beale G A A will hold both Senior and Bord Na Nog A G Ms in the next few weeks. Venues for both will be the Community Centre, Ballybunion at 8 30pm. On Friday January 21st it’s the Bord Na Nog A G M while on Saturday January 28th , the Senior A G M will go ahead. BALLYDUFF. The clubs victory social will be held at the Ballyroe Heights Hotel on Saturday February 4th. Dancing to the very popular Denis , Christy and Marina band (Cork) followed by a Disco with Big Jim. News in from John Dillon, G.D.A. North Kerry who informs us that he is running two Go Games Referees courses over the next few weeks. Wednesday, January 18th in St. Joseph's Secondary School Ballybunion. Friday, February 24th in Tarbert Comprehensive Secondary School. Each course will run for approx 4 hour's and will start at 9am sharp and finish at 1pm on both day's. The Kerry County are currently looking to take on a number of Coaches under the G.A.A Jobsbridge Internship Scheme. These coaches will be working with the Games Development Administrators in Schools and Clubs in their respective divisions For applicants to be eligible for the scheme they must - (1)Currently be in receipt of a live claim (Jobseekers Allowance/jobseekers Benefit/signing for Credits) on the Live Register; (2) And have been in receipt of Jobseekers Benefit, Jobseekers Allowance or signing for Social Insurance Contribution Credits for a total of 3 months or more in the last 6 months If you have people in your club that may be interested in applying for the scheme they please pass on this information. The Annual General Meeting of the North Kerry Football Board will take place at the Mermaids Listowel on Monday February 6th, 2012. Nomination Forms, Motions Forms, and Club Officers Forms are now with all Clubs in the District.
