Men’s club On Sunday last we held a single stableford competition which was well supported with a large number of golfers out on the course despite the inclement weather. The following lead the way: 1. Michael Courtney (15) 36 pts, 2. Maurice Coffey (19) 35 pts, 3. Denis Casey (15) 35 pts, 4. Tadgh Mccarthy (22) 34 pts Fixtures: Sunday January 22: a single stableford competition so please get your name on the timesheet in the clubhouse immediately. Friday January 20: A fundraising quiz in the Killarney Oaks Hotel, teeing off at 8.30pm. Teams of 4 at € 40 per team and we will also have some spot prizes. All members are strongly urged to attend and if unable to attend you can sponsor or co-sponsor a team and / or some spot prizes. Looking forward to seeing you there. Ladies club Ladies you can all get your clubs ready and put your names down on sheet for this sunday 9-hole competition, a few slots left at the moment. There will be another two nine hole fun club sponsored competitions following on, Sunday 22 and Sunday 29 January. These competitions are intended to tempt all ladies out playing, be you seasoned members or new and yet to make your debut on the course. February 19: Captains & Presidents Drive-in with a 10-hole mixed scramble sponsored by Fexco. Two shotgun starts, 9.30 and 12.30.
