CILLARD CAMOGIE CLUB: Training for girls aged 5yrs to 12yrs every Friday evening 6.30 to 7.30 in Kilmoyley sports field. Cost 2 Euro per player. GAA LOTTO; The following numbers were drawn at last Sunday’s GAA Lotto: 6-11-1528. The Jackpot of €3,200 was not won. Next week’s Jackpot will be €3,250. The two €50 winners were: Danny Casey, Ballylongane, and Shane O’Halloran, Heirhill. The €25 winner was: John Reidy, Glendahalan. CHARITY MATCH: Past and present Ballyheigue Senior Hurlers will take on former team mates of Colm Griffin from the Institute of Technology, Tralee on Saturday 30th April at 4.00pm in Ballyheigue GAA Pitch. The purpose of the game is to raise funds for Colm Griffin (Ballyheigue hurler and former IT Tralee hurler) who had a stroke before Christmas. Over the years Colm has given great service to the Ballyheigue Club. Colm is currently undergoing treatment in the National Rehab Centre in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin. He will be present on the day so please come along and show your support for a friend and team mate. JUVENILE PLAYERS REGISTRATION: The deadline for registration with Ballyheigue GAA Club has passed. Any child not registered and is taking part in club activities are not covered by insurance. Also children not registered will be unable to receive text messages from the Club about matches and training. MINOR: The minor hurlers defeated Parnells in Tralee on Tuesday evening in the North Kerry League. Final score Ballyheigue 4-9 and Parnells 2-6. UNDER 14s: The U-14 football team were defeated by Sneem/Derrynane on Wednesday evening; score Ballyheigue 1-13 and Sneem/ Derrynane 6-7. UNDER 16s: The U-16 had a great win over Crotta at Dromakee on Thursday evening in the Co. League, Ballyheigue 2-16 and Crotta 4-5. UNDER 12s: The U-12 hurlers had a good win over Kenmare/Kilgarvan in the Co. League on Friday evening; score Ballyheigue 4-5 and Kenmare/Kilgarvan 4-2. SENIOR: Ballyheigue and Kilmoyley played a Co. League game on Sunday. Time was almost up when a Kilmoyley player Robert Collins injured his knee. Ballyheigue player Michael Lucid also had to leave the field with a shoulder injury.
